We back our product and want you to be happy with your purchase!

If for any reason ~ with your first jar of Petregren you are not completely satisfied, simply email us and we will give you a FULL refund for ONE bottle – on your initial purchase (within 35 days of delivery to you). No questions asked.

If you purchased multiple jars in your first order, AND THEY ARE UNOPENED and in excellent condition, these unopened jars can be returned as well. We must receive these bottles within 45 daysof purchase for a full refund.

We do subtract - our original shipping cost – and the balance will be refunded to your creditcard.

Insure the items being returned. We highly recommend you insure the items that are being returned in the event the package is lost or damaged, whereby we cannot offer a full refund.

Damaged shipments -  Please let us know within 3 days of receipt if product arrives damaged so we can replace or refund.

Undeliverable packages – Rarely, but sometimes packages are returned to us due to a customer typo when the order was originally placed, or the shipping carrier couldn’t obtain a signature or access to the delivery address, or on a rare occasion the package is refused at delivery.

If the package is returned to us for any reason, all shipping costs incurred are deducted and then the balance is available for a refund.
