SHIPPING POLICY

Here are some notes just so you know how we ship at PetRegen.

We ship Monday through Friday.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your order through to delivery.

Most domestic orders received by 10:00 am Arizona Time, ship the same day from Tucson, Arizona either U.S.P.S. Postal Service / OR UPS.

Delivery times vary, depending on the carrier and the destination. Often customers make typos/transpose numbers in their address or leave off apartment numbers, suite numbers etc. and this may increase the delivery time to you.

We ship packages as quickly as we can, however we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

Below is a good estimation for when your package will likely reach you.

PLEASE be sure to allow extra delivery time for weekends and holidays.

POSTAL

 U.S.P.S. Priority Mail - 1 to 3 business days after we ship

 U.S.P.S. Retail Ground Mail - 2 to 5 business days for delivery

UPS

 UPS Ground - 1 to 5 business days

 UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days for delivery, excluding weekends

   (Example: If an item ships Thursday, delivery is Tuesday)

 UPS 2nd Day Air (if offered) - 2 business days - excludes weekends

 UPS Next Day Air (if offered) - 1 business day for delivery - excludes weekends

   (Example: If an item ships Friday, delivery will be Monday)
